This process involves creating colored masterbatch chips, which are then spun into yarn, eliminating the need for traditional dyeing. By bypassing conventional dyeing processes, it significantly reduces water consumption, chemical usage, and pollution, while achieving longer-lasting color fastness. It is also known as Solution Dyed in English.
Mixing Dyes with Polymers：Masterbatch chips (plastic pellets pre-mixed with dyes) are blended with virgin polymer materials (e.g., polyester or nylon) before spinning.
